Language selector in the top barWebiOS & Android

Choose English, Français, or Español from the top bar. Your choice is saved to your profile, so it follows you to other devices. The same selector is in the mobile app and the docs site.

Guest links in your languageWeb

Links to guest mode can open a specific sample collection in English, French, or Spanish, with a first question already asked. The language stays the same for the whole session.

Keep your guest chat when you sign upWeb

If you try Docutrix as a guest and then create an account in the same browser, your chat comes with you. Questions you asked as a guest do not count towards your new plan.

Counts in French in the appiOS & Android

Counts of zero now read correctly in French, for example 0 fichier instead of 1 fichier. Spanish is unchanged.

Cookie settingsWeb

A cookie banner lets you choose Necessary, Preferences, Statistics, and Marketing. Nothing that tracks you loads until you choose. Reopen Cookie settings from the footer at any time to change your mind.

Source credits on guest samplesWeb

Guest mode shows a chip for each sample source, such as EN HSE (UK). Hover over or focus a chip to see its licence credit. A long intro now scrolls instead of being cut off.

Example questions in an empty chatiOS & Android

When you have no recent questions, the empty chat shows example questions from your team’s document collections, so you have something to tap.

AI consent names its providersiOS & AndroidWeb

The AI permission sheet and the AI and Your Data screen name OpenAI and Anthropic, and the button now reads Allow. New accounts are asked for AI permission separately on first use, not as part of the sign-up terms. The privacy policy names both providers too.

Monthly allowance reset dateWeb

When a monthly allowance is used up, the message now says the date it resets. Storage, pages, and users have their own wording because they do not reset each month. Available in English, French, and Spanish.

Quick check before guest sessionsWeb

When you choose Try without signing in, a short automatic check runs first. It usually passes on its own, and your homepage question is kept.

Daily limits on guest modeWeb

Guest mode has daily limits on new sessions and questions. If a limit is reached, you are taken to sign-up with a message that guest mode is busy today.

Once a guest chat has messages, a Suggestions button in the chat box shows starter questions for the collection. Pick one to send it.

Docutrix checks secure connections to other services against an updated list of trusted certificate authorities.

Profile page in French and SpanishWeb

Name, avatar, email, and language labels on your profile use French or Spanish, including the placeholders.

Chat progress in your languageWeb

In the web app, progress such as routing the question and writing the answer appears in French or Spanish when that is the language of the reply.

Reliable PDF downloadWeb

Download in the document and citation viewers saves the PDF you are already looking at. Print and Download stay disabled until the PDF has loaded.

Google DriveWeb

On Business and Enterprise, connect a Google Drive folder or shared drive. Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides are indexed as PDFs, along with PDFs and Word files already in Drive. When a file changes, the index updates within 15 minutes. An admin sets up the connection and who can open which documents. Docutrix does not copy Google Drive permissions on its own.

Finance contextWeb

A finance industry context for statements (IFRS and GAAP), regulatory filings, investment documents, and credit agreements. Turn it on under Settings, Industry Context, Finance.

Multi-column PDFsWeb

PDFs with columns, tables, and footnotes are read more reliably, especially legal documents, financial reports, and academic papers. Re-index a document that used to produce muddled answers.

Faster indexing and answersWeb

A typical 50-page PDF indexes in under 90 seconds, down from about four minutes. A typical answer returns in about 1.2 seconds.

Citations, Safari, and SharePoint syncWeb

Citation page numbers no longer slip by one on documents with a cover page. The admin panel renders correctly in Safari 17. SharePoint no longer marks a file as indexed before processing finishes.
